The Wine Barrel Hat Rack is hand made with a stave from an old Nappa Valley wine barrel and reformed old horse shoes. We leave as much of the old weathering on the stave as we can but yet give it a fine smooth surface. A satin finish is applied to give it that quality rustic appeal that will compliment your farm house decor. **These are hand built in Oklahoma. Each item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
