Patrons and Friends,
As of today, Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 we received direction from Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt that all non-essential retail businesses were to close at in an effort to contain the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus).
With Covid-19 upon us, we are dealing with uncertainty never before seen. News comes every day of a new tragedy or challenge that we never imagined. It is important to accept what is happening is beyond our control. We need to stay calm, and identify the best actions that we can take.
There will be a small sales force on-site Monday thru Friday from 10:00 – 4:00 pm CST each day. They are ready to answer your questions, take phone orders, and process web and special orders.
Even after 30 years in business, what we are all experiencing is unprecedented. Our business owner Shorty Koger, has made some hard decisions during all this. Amid uncertainty and unknowns, she has made the choice to put the safety of her staff and community first.
We hope you will continue to shop from a distance as you can. We understand that we are all updon daunting economic times. May we all continue to support on another as we can.
All of us at Shorty’s Caboy Hattery are humbled and endlessly grateful to still be employed at such and iconic Oklahoma City business. We look forward to the day that business can resume as usual, but until then, stay well, our dear patrons and friends.
We are simply a phone call, email or text message away.
Be well and we can not wait to see everyone to celebrate our reunion.
