What is your refund policy?
When you are ordering a Shorty’s Felt Cowboy hat, you are ordering either a custom-made Cowboy hat created just for you, a stock Cowboy hat customized just for you or a stock Cowboy hat shaped just for you. Occasionally, a Cowboy hat may not fit or look quite the way you expected. In that case we want you to let us know. We will do whatever it takes to make the Cowboy hat look just the way you want. We will resize it, redo it, or remake it so that you are happy with your Shorty's Custom Made Cowboy Hat.
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your new Cowboy hat. Please keep in mind we are unable to refund any monies.
Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If store credit, gift cards/certificates were used, they will be refunded as first method of payment and are not eligible for cash dispersal. In the event that your credit card has expired or has been cancelled, you must receive store credit.
There is a possibility that customers who contact us to cancel a custom made Cowboy hat order BEFORE the custom made Cowboy hat has started in production may not be charged the remainder of the fee for the Cowboy hat. This will be decided upon on a case by case basis by Shorty. If ANY of the materials for the Cowboy hat have been ordered the customer will be responsible for the full payment of the Cowboy hat. If you have made a deposit on a custom made Cowboy hat then your deposit is also non-refundable. This also applies to all customized stock Cowboy hats.
Stock Cowboy hats that are NOT customized other than shaping can be returned, but a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. But rest assured - our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with the quality, fit and style of your new Cowboy hat. We appreciate your business and want you to be pleased.
